i'm v sad. no more show to watch at night. *sobs*
was quite nice XD chenxi married libby in the end XD and yueniang married paul! so jiawei owes me bubble tea HEHEHE XD
poor yuzhu just went mental. =( and zhenzhu eloped. lol.
kk i shd go do holiday hw. i think its quite impossible i'll finish all of it before term reopens. honestly. sighs.

sob lost laptop...v sad. =( and someone actually posted online as me after i lost my laptop. -.-"
been spending lab time using com mostly now LOL.
and attempting to write a little of my research paper and trying to find more mutations.
in between trying to find restriction enzymes and promoter sequences LOL. sighs.
v boring...i want run gel =( if mentor approves (which i don't think she will) i might get to run PAGE XD but not much time left for more labwork alr lor.
sians. been watching tv every night too XD. shd go home soon XD. then can go bishan borrow "turn left, turn right" hehe!

ahhhh sian i'm bored.
Looking for mutations is boring. I never thought i'll miss running gels or doing pcr. LOL. But seriously! ahhhh....i d rather run gel and pcr now then scan thru goodness knows how many ATTTTGGGGGCCCCTC sequences AHHHH.
=( bored.
i want run gel. gel's are cute XD and look edible XD. hehe. why do i always waste my holidays on paperwork. Should ask mentor for more samples hehe. but she says shd search for the REASON the patient has the disease. rather than purposely finding more patients with mutations. =(
but it doesn't make sense to screen more exons lol! cos there isn't time -.-" all the optimization + ordering primers will take ages. lol. so not feasible lor.
but she's always busy. and v pressurising to talk to her LOL.
sighs...nvm 9 jan should be here soon XD hehe

HEHE bio o is over! Honestly, felt relieved i didn't mug that hard. cos er on looking at the qns. mugging is seriously of limited use. lol
k went for dinner after that to celebrate chanyi's and weihan's bday. And give yingzhen and hong a farewell dinner too XD
Hope they have a happy 17th year and have a fun trip to dundee and safe trip to vietnam XD

srp is sian. stupid primers refuse to work. =( think might be there's a mutation in the primer binding region. but v annoying! and so weird! how come all 4 can have mutation in same 2 sites de....=(
hmph. ah well...will see how.
get sequencing results for the other sets first XD.
Application forms are irritating.
But at least i've started on writing something in my report. Have stuff to show main mentor alr when she returns from US. LOL.XD
lazy to write intro. need to refer to my super thick file liao. sighs. can beat the pw work file lor. LOL
nvm 9 jan yay. XD hopefully i get good results by then. and sequencing results better give me some mutations HMPH.
but i think i'm getting v slack. need mug bio o ahhhh....
maybe i'll start mugging photosythesis. and need mug bacteria too. irritating all my bact qns all wrong =(
